- As a customer, you are entitled to a COMPLETE guarantee of satisfaction.
- As a customer, you are entitled to punctual service. If we cannot be on time, you are entitled to a phone call before your appointment time and an apology.
- As a customer, we are entitled to speedy, courteous, knowledgeable answers to all inquires. You are entitled to all the help we can give in finding exactly the serviced or information needed.
- As a customer, you are entitled to the privilege of being an individual and dealing with individuals. If there is a question on your account, you are entitled to talk or correspond with another individual so the question can be resolved immediately on the most mutually satisfactory basis possible.
- As a customer, you are entitled – No – Make that ENCOURAGED to complain. We would miss you terrible if you left us without telling us why, because even if we cannot make you happy, you may save future customers from the same problem.
